Reggie London | Co-Founding Partner
About Reggie
Reggie London co-founded L and L Law Group with the conviction that a person facing the State should not feel like the smallest party in the room. He built his practice in the Dallas County criminal courts as an Assistant District Attorney and now appears across the entire nine-county DFW footprint — in trial divisions, magistrate hearings, suppression dockets, and ALR review panels.
His approach is structural. Before a plea offer is on the table, Reggie has already mapped the State's case on a whiteboard: the stop, the search, the science, the chain of custody, the witness who is going to crumble on cross. The work is in the motion practice — the parts of a case the average defendant never sees and the parts where most cases actually break.
Reggie is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has carried federal drug-conspiracy and firearms files through guideline calculations, safety-valve eligibility analysis, and downward-departure briefing. On the state side, his DWI practice covers everything from a first-offense Class B misdemeanor through felony intoxication assault under Texas Penal Code §49.07.
Two-sided experience matters. When you've worked on the prosecution's side, you know exactly where their case is fragile — the search that wasn't supported by probable cause, the confession taken without proper Miranda, the lab procedure that wasn't followed. That's where I press.

Community & Speaking
Reggie regularly speaks to civic groups, churches, and community organizations across Collin and Dallas counties about constitutional rights during traffic stops, the Texas criminal court process, and how to interact safely with law enforcement. He publishes practical defense guides on the firm blog covering breath-test math, ALR strategy, and what actually happens at a jury panel.
He is committed to the principle that the criminal courts should be navigable for the people who walk into them, not just the lawyers who run them.
