Njeri London | Co-Founding Partner
About Njeri
Njeri London co-founded L and L Law Group with the conviction that a person facing the State should not feel like the smallest party in the room. She built her practice in the Collin County criminal courts in McKinney and now appears across the entire nine-county DFW footprint — in trial divisions, magistrate hearings, suppression dockets, and ALR review panels.
Her approach is structural. Before a plea offer is on the table, Njeri has already mapped the State's case on a whiteboard: the stop, the search, the science, the chain of custody, the witness who is going to crumble on cross. The work is in the motion practice — the parts of a case the average defendant never sees and the parts where most cases actually break.
Njeri is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. She has carried federal drug-conspiracy and firearms files through guideline calculations, safety-valve eligibility analysis, and downward-departure briefing. On the state side, her DWI practice covers everything from a first-offense Class B misdemeanor through felony intoxication assault under Texas Penal Code §49.07.
My job is to put pressure on every weak point in the State's case — the stop, the search, the science, the witness, the procedure. Most cases break long before a jury is ever seated. The work is in the motion practice and the file review, not the closing argument.

Community & Speaking
Njeri regularly speaks to civic groups, churches, and community organizations across Collin and Dallas counties about constitutional rights during traffic stops, the Texas criminal court process, and how to interact safely with law enforcement. She publishes practical defense guides on the firm blog covering breath-test math, ALR strategy, and what actually happens at a jury panel.
She is committed to the principle that the criminal courts should be navigable for the people who walk into them, not just the lawyers who run them.
