Michael R. Licensed in Texas since 1991, Michael has built a distinguished career focused on criminal trial and appellate advocacy.
Board certified in both Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Michael is recognized for his advanced expertise, substantial trial experience, and deep knowledge of criminal procedure. This distinction is held by only a small percentage of attorneys and reflects his commitment to excellence in the practice of criminal law.
Michael earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and began his legal career in the criminal justice system, gaining valuable insight into both trial and appellate practice. Over the course of his career, he has handled a wide range of criminal matters and has extensive experience litigating cases at both the state and federal levels, including admissions to the United States Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
