Timothy “Tim” Lacy, Jr. is the Managing Attorney at L and L Law Group, PLLC and a dedicated trial lawyer with nearly a decade of experience in criminal defense. Since beginning his legal career, Tim has built his practice around methodical case preparation, written-record motion practice, and consistent pursuit of dismissals, favorable plea dispositions, and trial verdicts.

Tim earned his Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he was an active mock-trial competitor — developing the courtroom mechanics and structured cross-examination habits that now define his litigation practice. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas, where he first began cultivating his interest in the justice system and advocacy.

Over the course of his career, Tim has handled a wide range of criminal cases at the misdemeanor and felony level. His approach is both strategic and client-focused — he understands that every case carries significant consequences and treats each client with the attention, urgency, and respect they deserve.

Tim is committed to standing beside his clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. His emphasis on preparation, courtroom advocacy, and results-driven representation reflects the core values of L and L Law Group. Outside of the courtroom, Tim is an avid reader on a wide range of subjects and a sports enthusiast.

Tarlicia Armstead is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Behavior Analysis, graduating cum laude. She went on to attend South Texas College of Law Houston, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 and became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2015.

Before entering private practice, Ms. Armstead built a strong foundation within the criminal justice system. She began her career as a juvenile intake officer and later served as an adult probation officer in Dallas County, working directly with the courts. In those roles she helped individuals stay on track, complete supervision, and move forward with their lives outside of the system.

Her decision to pursue a career in law was driven by a desire to help people — not just to talk about solutions, but to be part of them. That same commitment defines her approach today. As a criminal defense attorney, Ms. Armstead is a dedicated advocate who works diligently on behalf of her clients and operates from the premise that everyone deserves a fair process and an informed defense.

Understanding that no two cases are alike, she approaches every client and every case with individualized attention. Her role extends beyond pure legal representation — she works to ensure that prosecutors and courts see her clients as whole people, not just the allegations against them.

Ms. Armstead is known for her integrity, transparency, and client-centered approach. She is committed to guiding her clients through every stage of the legal process, providing candid advice and clear communication so they can make informed decisions about their cases.

Her practice primarily focuses on Collin County and the surrounding areas, and she is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She handles both adult and juvenile criminal matters.

Diana Jablonski is a criminal defense attorney committed to providing strategic, client-focused representation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University and her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she actively participated in trial advocacy programs — gaining practical experience in courtroom procedure, trial preparation, and oral argument.

Diana began her legal career in private criminal defense, developing skills in case analysis, client advocacy, and courtroom strategy. She later served in the public sector in Dallas County, where she conducted legal research, drafted motions, participated in hearings, managed plea negotiations, and gained valuable trial experience. That role provided her with a broader perspective on courtroom procedure and the criminal justice system.

Since returning to private practice, Diana has represented clients in a wide range of matters — from serious felony charges to misdemeanors. She is recognized for meticulous preparation, clear communication, and a firm commitment to protecting her clients’ rights. Her work has resulted in numerous favorable outcomes, earning respect from clients and colleagues for her professionalism and strategic case approach.

Outside the courtroom, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and reading. She finds these personal moments help her stay grounded and bring focus, insight, and dedication to every client she represents.

Mazen Radaydeh is a Dallas native who is proud to represent and serve the community that shaped him. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the UNT Dallas College of Law.

Having been born, raised, and educated in Dallas, Mazen brings deep-rooted understanding of the local community and the challenges his clients face navigating courts that he has watched operate up close for years. His connection to the area drives his commitment to stand up for individuals moving through the criminal justice system and to work toward meaningful outcomes in every case.

Mazen approaches each case with a balance of empathy and strategic advocacy. He understands that legal issues — particularly criminal charges — can have lasting consequences on a person’s career, family, and reputation. With that in mind, he focuses on ensuring every client is heard, respected, and thoroughly represented.

At L and L Law Group, Mazen is known for diligence, attention to detail, and a client-centered approach. He works to protect his clients’ rights and to pursue the best resolution available in every matter he handles.

Christopher Schraer is a North Texas native who brings both discipline and perspective to his legal practice. He graduated cum laude from Oklahoma Panhandle State University with a degree in Social Sciences, where he distinguished himself as a scholar-athlete. As a member of the Aggie baseball team, Christopher earned both Athletic and Academic All-Conference honors — demonstrating the work ethic and competitive habits that now define his approach to the law.

He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served on the board of the Black Law Students Association. In that role, he further developed his commitment to equity, advocacy, and meaningful representation within the legal profession.

Prior to becoming licensed in 2025, Christopher gained well-rounded experience working on both sides of the criminal justice system. He interned with the Collin County District Attorney’s Office and the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, building insight into prosecutorial strategy as well as defense advocacy.

This dual perspective allows Christopher to approach each case with a strategic, informed mindset. He is committed to protecting his clients’ rights, ensuring they are fully heard, and pursuing the best outcome available in every matter he handles.
