Timothy “Tim” Lacy, Jr. is a Managing Attorney at L & L Law Group, PLLC and a dedicated trial lawyer with nearly a decade of experience in criminal defense. Since beginning his legal career, Tim has built a reputation for aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients and pursuing every available avenue to secure dismissals, favorable plea agreements, or trial victories.

Tim earned his Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he actively competed in mock trial—developing the courtroom skills and strategic mindset that now define his litigation practice. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas, where he began cultivating his interest in the justice system and advocacy.
