Her extensive trial background, combined with advanced prosecutorial training—including programs at institutions such as Northwestern University and the National Advocacy Center—gives her a strategic edge when challenging the State’s evidence and presenting cases to a jury.

In addition to her litigation work, Elaine has contributed to the legal field through teaching college-level courses in criminal law, evidence, and civil procedure—demonstrating both mastery of the law and a commitment to mentorship and education.

At L & L Law Group, Elaine is known for her thorough preparation, commanding courtroom presence, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She understands the serious consequences that criminal charges carry and works tirelessly to protect her clients’ rights, freedom, and future—whether through strategic negotiations or aggressive trial advocacy.
